    Description

    Launched in July 2020, Kerv is a next-generation 'customer-first, cloud-first' provider, created to help customers achieve successful business outcomes in a new digital era.

    We are undergoing an exciting period of transformation and growth following the merger of 8 highly successful website was launched in April 2022, and we are now lookingto accelerate our digital marketing efforts as we continue to grow thebusiness.

    This is an exhilarating time to join the team, as we embark oninitiatives including re-branding, building digital properties, and scaling upour digital marketing efforts.

    Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, we are seeking an enthusiasticand proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and assist in theexecution of various digital marketing projects.

    This role will work closely with our Digital Marketing Team, PracticeMarketeers, and other team members to support initiatives across websiteoptimisation, email marketing, social media management, performancemarketing, design, and analytics.

    The ideal candidate is detail-oriented,creative, and eager to learn and contribute to our digital marketing efforts.
    This role is a hybrid role with homeworking and time in the London office.


    SEO Implementation:
    Implement on-page and technical SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
    Assist in technical SEO techniques such as URL structure optimisation, andschema markup implementation.

    Website Management and Optimisation:
    Design and create web pages optimised for conversion and user experience.
    Collaborate with various marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
    Manage website updates and maintenance across various platforms, including CMS (WordPress).
    Implement CRO strategies to improve website conversion rates and user engagement.

    Design creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, email templates, and website banners by using designer tools like Canva.

    Create compelling website copy and content that resonates with the targetaudience and reflects the brand's tone and voice.
    Utilise analytical tools and dashboards to track and measure theperformance of digital marketing initiatives.
    Work closely with the marketing teams to coordinate and execute various projects and initiatives.
    Degree in relevant marketing or business discipline / Marketing
    Chartered Institute of Marketing, Digital Marketing Institute).
    1-2 years marketing experience within B2B.
    Demonstrated creativity in developing engaging and visually appealingdigital assets.
    Excellent writing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
    Ability to multitask, prioritise projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-pacedenvironment.
    A high degree of experience using Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
    Good understanding of SEO principles and strategies.
    Basic understanding of website optimisation techniques.
    Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
    Understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
    Experience with A/B testing and data analysis.
    Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.
    Passion for digital marketing trends, technology, and innovation.
    Previous experience in a digital marketing or related role.
