Our Marketing and Communications team is the driving force behind the creativity and growth here at Colliers.

The Marketing Executive works as part of the Marketing team to direct and co-ordinate the marketing initiatives for several UK offices and business teams to ensure they effectively market themselves fully internally and externally, on time and within budget.

The role will be based in London with very occasional regional travel required. This is a hybrid role focused on content and campaigns, with minimum three days in our west end offices. This diverse marketing role would suit an enthusiastic Marketing Executive from a professional services or commercial background, or an ambitious Marketing Executive looking for a step up.

Job purpose:


  • Planning and delivery of content strategies and campaigns as part of a wider marketing team, as well as maintaining stakeholder relationships
  • Producing annual marketing plans and budgets for several offices and service lines; providing strategic input to ensure measurable results in line with corporate objectives
  • Supporting the development of engaging content for website, print, digital platforms, client updates, brochures, newsletters, pitch proposals, presentations etc
  • Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to support brand awareness and promote thought leadership content, and tracking on the performance of such campaigns
  • Following and promoting best practice protocols, ensuring marketing materials and communications are on brand and are developed and distributed in line with approved processes
  • Supporting the repackaging of technical thought leadership content for distribution across multimedia platforms, including print, digital, video, and social media
  • Developing and planning company events and supporting the events manager onsite
  • Working closely with the PR team to ensure a coordinated approach to new initiatives
  • Regularly meeting with teams, both locally and in the regions
  • Ensure that the business understand and communicate our brand values and mission statement, and monitor our visual brand guidelines to make sure they adhered to in all marketing
  • Working effectively with the Bid teams to ensure an integrated approach to all marketing campaigns whilst also providing support for pitch documents
  • Keeping abreast of topical issues in the marketplace and working with fee earners in the business and the rest of the Marketing and Communications team to leverage these opportunities

Qualifications:


  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be a team player who is able to collaborate well
  • Excellent marketing strategy and planning experience
  • Must be able to work proactively and on own initiative and have a high standard of attention to detail including excellent proofreading skills
  • Good time and project management skills: must have the ability to work well under pressure and able to manage several projects to a high standard
  • Must have experience managing and briefing vendors
  • Digital savvy with the technical ability to assess owned digital channels utilisation and optimisation, must have the ability to leverage social media to drive awareness
  • Highly creative and capable of developing new initiatives to expand new client reach with new ideas and fresh thinking
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office products, such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
