We are partnering with a Manufacturer seeking a Shipping Coordinator to join their team in Essex.
The position offers hybrid working 2 days per week.

Responsibilities;Arranging deliveries to customers and from customersObtaining freight ratesPreparing CLP labels to warehouseResolving any problems with incoming shipmentsMonitoring customer services emailsArranging transfer of goods between warehouseProgressing shipments and deliveries by liaising with suppliers, brokers, customers and haulage/shipping companies.

Entering deliveries into system from warehouseArranging of materials with warehouse for repackingMonitoring of the stock listWorking with the sales departmentsPreparation of documents such as DGN, COA, packing list, certificates of origin, health certificates, ATR1 documentsArranging clearances of materialsSending shipping instructions to agents and shippersWork alongside warehouses regarding deliveries and any issuesIssuing goods inward noticesSkills Required;Experience working within a shipping/logistics positionExcellent communication skillsProficient in MS officeExperience working with a warehouse and shippersImports/exports experience
