Part-time Sales Administrator, Chertsey KT16.

27k - 30k + bonus + benefits pro rata. 9.30am-2.30pm Mon-Friday. Hybrid role (1-2 days in office) Car Parking on site or a short walk from mainline train station.

Aim of the Role:


The Sales Administrator will be the key support for the whole sales team in the administration that is required to ensure the smooth running of the fast-moving sales operation.

The individual will manage both internal and external administration.


Responsibilities for the Part-time Sales Administrator:

  • Work closely within the sales team on the admin workload for each customer.
  • Use and become highly proficient with retailer eportals to input essential data linked with setting up new products, updating pricing and setting up promotions.
  • Complete the internal admin associated with the customers including New Line Forms (NLFs), master templates etc.
  • Updating the retail pricing and promotional trackers weekly from retailer websites and store visits.
  • Arranging the sending of samples to customers and/or other stakeholders.
  • Completion of postpromotional analysis forms for handover to the sales team for further analysis and next steps.
  • Produce weekly sales reports using EPOS from retailer eportals.
  • Provide admin support for the Project Gate Process (internal process to launch products to the market).

Qualifications, Skills and Experience for the part-time sales administrator:

  • Previous experience in an administrator role, working in a busy working environment.
  • Good GCSE grades in English and Maths (grade C/4 or equivalent).
  • Highly proficient in the use of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Numerate with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Desirable but not essential for the part-time administrator:

  • Experience of a sales environment.
  • Educated to A level standard (or equivalent) or above.
  • Full driving licence and access to a car.
