Customer Service Advisor
£20,000 - £24,000 (DOE)
Tonbridge, Kent/Hybrid
Required to work 1 Saturday every 4 weeks (9am - 1pm)
My client, are leader in their field, are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their fast growing team on a permanent basis.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Answer the first point of contact calls from policy holders
- Ability to deal with sensitive situations on a daily basis and handle this calls effectively
- Deliver excellent customer service to all customers and providing them with a positive service
- General administration duties
Essential Skillset:
- A minimum of 1 year in a customer service/call handling position
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confident telephone manner and the ability to remain professional
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
Package:
- Salary £20,000 £24,000
- Hybrid working
- Discretionary performance based bonus up to 10%
