Description

The role of Social Worker must be able to work with Adults as an autonomous professional, demonstrating expert and effective practice in complex situations.

A wide range of experience across Adult Services including Care Act Assessments and Support Planning, Mental Capacity Assessment and Best Interest Decisions is required.

A working knowledge of both Safeguarding and DoLS legislation is required.

Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a qualified social worker in Adult Social Care and experience of undertaking Care Act 2014 care and support assessments and completing care and support plans is essential.
