£20 Paye or £25 umbrella

Working Hours:

Mon to Thu 8am to 4pm [7.5 hrs], and Fri 8am to 3.30pm [7 hrs] = 37 hour week.

Note:
there is overtime available with prior agreement - as there is a backlog of work to be completed

About you

This role is on the response repairs team for a social housing contract.
The work will consist of general repairs to brickwork to houses, boundary walls, chimney stacks, etc.
The successful applicant will be expected to be able to work independently [with assistance when required]. The properties will be mainly occupied/tenanted
