As a KYC Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and managing procedures, job aids (knowledge articles and how-to-guides), and other related documents across the FinCrime Operations.

You will be responsible for understanding the FinCrime customer journeys/processes defined by our Process Engineering team and working with internal business partners to develop the mentioned documents.

You will also will be responsible for working with Business Owners, SMEs across functions and Line of businesses including GFCC and AML/KYC Analysts while preparing or updating the documents.

You will also be publishing and maintaining documents in various content repositories following established guidelines.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and manage documentsProcedures, HowtoGuides, Knowledge Articlesfrom initiation through delivery:
  • Analyze the request and prepare the requested documents
  • Prepare documents by referring to multiple resources, including but not limited to, firmwide/global policies, process flows, and interactions with SMEs
  • Partner with SMEs to ensure documents accurately reflect corporate policy and current processes established within FinCrime
  • Partner with operation managers, senior managers, GFCC, Controls & AML / KYC managers for feedbacks and approvals
  • Work with the Change Management and Process Engineering team to update the existing documents
  • Work effectively on multiple projects in a fast moving, deadlinedriven and agile development environment
  • Review and update existing documents to ensure they comply with the firmwide guidelines
  • Perform annual recertification of procedures and ensure they comply with the set guidelines

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


  • Prior experience in preparing documents for FinCrime product preferably in Banking domain
  • FinCrime domain knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including business owners, managers, and SMEs
  • Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to handle working within strict timelines
  • High level of professionalism in leading groups and process improvement initiatives
  • Strong project management skills demonstrated by timely task completion and quality of deliverable

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills:


  • Flexible, upbeat and energetic attitude selfstarter with the ability to quickly build strong partnerships, effectively communicate needs and challenges
  • Demonstrates ability to solve problems and think creatively
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook etc.)
