The Supply Room is currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a Specialist School in Wareham, Dorset, working with young individuals aged 16-25.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing individualized support to students with Autism, helping them excel in various activities such as Horticulture, Pottery, Equine Therapy, Farm School, Online Retail, and Life Skills.

Additionally, punctuality, reliability, full-time availability, and a sincere passion for working with others are crucial attributes for this role.

The pay rate for this position ranges from £90 - £95 per day, with the opportunity for a permanent position after a 12-week temporary contract.

Working primarily on a 1-1 basis or within small groups, you will have the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of students with Autism by supporting their development and growth.

The curriculum at this Specialist School focuses on providing a diverse range of activities aimed at enhancing students' skills and knowledge.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:00pm, offering a structured and fulfilling work schedule.
