Description

The Marketing Specialist's role is to support the marketing and wider teams in the business to create comms and activities that promote various aspects of the business.


Covering HR, training, adoption and change management, our internal networks and with the scope to support the marketing team on partner-led campaigns based on workloads and availability, this is a varied and exciting role within a fast-paced business and expanding team.


The main responsibilities are:

  • Attending internal and external meetings with Phoenix, partners and/ or customers to gain an understanding of the project and the goals
  • Suggesting ideas and plans to bring campaigns to life for relevant stakeholders thinking outside of the box to ensure we stand out in the market, while adhering to our brand and tone
  • Managing projects from start to end while ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed and up to date throughout the process
  • Supporting HR with internal and external recruitment communications and campaigns. This may be recruitment fayres, recruitment ads, social media, Glassdoor etc.
  • Working directly with customers and internal teams on training, support, and adoption and change management projects to deliver high quality guides and videos that support their employees to adopt new technologies
  • Working with internal Training team to support with communications and projects for the entire business and our partners
  • Working with internal networks across charity, diversity, equality, and inclusion, innovation, mental health and wellbeing, and sustainability to support with the promotion of campaigns and activities
  • Using software such as InDesign, Premiere Pro and the Office 365 suite to create comms for internal and external use. This would include the creation of copy and visuals with support from the marketing team

Ideally, you will already have:

  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels written and verbal
  • Great knowledge of Adobe CC specifically InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere Pro
