Mortgage Customer Support Assistant


Location:
Newbury


Hours: 35 Hrs, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm


Start Salary:
£21,028

What will you be doing?


Our customers really appreciate being able to talk to a human being about their mortgage accounts, and that's where you come in As the friendly face of the Society, you'll be helping them to find the answer to their questions over the phone and in writing.

Essential skills and experience:


  • Experience working with customers (internal or external)
  • Enthusiastic about great customer service
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Desirable skills and experience:


  • Experience using Microsoft 365 products, including Outlook, OneDrive, Word and Excel
  • Experience in Financial Service administration
