We have a fantastic new opportunity for an enthusiastic Receptionist to join a leading Law Firm based in Glasgow City Centre.

Role Purpose
You will be the first point of contact for all visitors to the office, providing the very best service at all times.
Role Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors to the office
- Registering visitors and issuing passes
- Handling all calls into the office forwarding to the appropriate person
- Managing all meeting room bookings, to include setting up for various meetings and arranging refreshments
- Manage the upkeep of the reception area, ensuring that this is well maintained at all times
- Arranging taxis for staff and visitors
- Managing Courier deliveries and collections
- Any addition duties required
