Role Overview:


As a Commercial Business Administrator, you will be an integral member of our Central Business Support team, providing administrative support to our Commercial Growth and Leadership teams as well as working closely with our wider Sales team.


You will join a highly collaborative and efficient team and will have autonomy and freedom to use your own creatively to develop and improve our administrative processes.


The role will provide an excellent platform to develop your skills and have direct interaction and exposure to multiple high performing teams, as well as key stakeholders in the business.


Responsibilities:


  • Participating in activities to maintain and manage key client relationships
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM system, supporting with pipeline data management
  • Producing reports to support management of opportunities and target client lists
  • Collating any meeting documentation required for management meetings
  • Organising client site visits, including travel and accommodation when needed
  • Proactively managing incoming communication from the website and directing to the appropriate team
  • Arranging and attending training for the sales team when new sales enablement tools or systems have been implemented
  • Supporting the development of automated processes for internal and external use
  • Collating information for client proposals and marketing activities to support business growth
  • Maintaining the line of communication between departments to improve efficiency
  • Arranging Client entertainment and networking events
  • Solid experience of providing previous administrative support to a Senior team
  • Excellent diary management, prioritisation and organisation skills
  • Outstanding Microsoft Office skills; with particular proficiency in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to complete complex and demanding tasks with accuracy, enthusiasm and flexibility
  • A proactive approach, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Welldeveloped communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with individuals at all levels
  • Experience of planning client social events
  • Ability to maintain and respect confidentiality
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Willingness to promote and uphold our company values
