We start with 1 property, growing our portfolio.

You would be the

BUDGET:
We start with
3K (deposit+rent+bills+anything else we need to add), extendable to a total of 5K until we break even

STARTING TIME:
The sooner we agree, the sooner we start.

COMPANY INFO:

We are coowners and divide our
profit 50/50 every 3 months (after having covered the costs)
I will be having the '
casting vote' in the scenario of a disagreement, being myself the investor
