AirBnB business.

We start with 1 property (the needs to be found) to grow _limitlessly._

On your side, you

Availability to make sure that the whole process runs smoothly (even on _weekends_ when needed), as you manage them

Finance Manager:I control the cash-flow

I start with
3K (deposit+rent+bills+anything else we need to add), extendable to 5K (2K more) until we break even

STARTING TIME:
The sooner we agree, the sooner we start.

COMPANY INFO:

We are coowners and divide our
profit 50/50 every 3 months (after having covered the costs)
I will be having the '
casting vote' in the scenario of a disagreement, being myself the investor
