An exciting opportunity has arisen for the appointment of a part time Business Support Administrator (22 hours per week, working pattern to be agreed) within the Business Support Services team providing administrative support to Network Strategy in the Environment Directorate.


We require a motivated administrator with good communication and customer care skills suitable for dealing with a full range of service users and professionals, both from North Yorkshire Council and other organisations.

You will undertake a range of administrative duties including data inputting using Excel and bespoke systems, managing generic inboxes, updating approved contractor's databases, mail merging, pool car administration and processing of statutory enquiries.

You will benefit from a supportive management structure, on-going personal development, and performance management. Training will be given to the appointed person.
