Night Shift Sunday - Thursday 22:00-06:00

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
To train staff to the highest standards with the aim of creating a knowledgeable, safety conscious, flexible multi-skilled workforce.

To train people to be able to carry out their roles effectively, competently & to the required standard, whilst understanding where their role fits into the bigger picture.
To ensure the trainees understand the importance of performance
Conduct training using the relevant work instructions
Fully document and record all training in a timely fashion, ensuring all records are signed
Explain KPI's to staff and stress the importance of accuracy and productivity

Minimum 1 years' experience in an operational role and or experience in training, coaching or supervising
Excellent communication skills both (written & verbal)
PC Literate including Excel Spreadsheets intermediate level
Proactive and hard working
Demonstrate patience and understanding

Selfmotivated

Enthusiasm/passion for job/company
Good planning skills
