We're looking for a passionate and committed individual with a particular interest in working with people who may have had contact with the criminal justice system, or where support for alcohol and/or drug use has been identified as a need.
Manchester is a fully integrated service responsible for delivering a range of interventions and we are currently seeking an Outreach Team Leader to join our passionate and dedicated team.

- Be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary and multi-agency team delivering recovery orientated alcohol and drug intervention services.
- Offer safe, effective & excellent care for presenting clients
- Hold good IT skills, able to create and maintain accurate records and highquality written reports
- Have a flair for developing productive multidisciplinary relationships

Responsibilities:
With this role you'll be working as part of outreach team based in Manchester city centre
The team supports people with their dru or alcohol issues.
No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key.
You'll have to record information about what you do, so enjoying a bit of paperwork and attention to detail is important.
But most of the time you'll be enjoying working with people from all backgrounds, making a difference to their lives.
