Key Responsibilities:


  • Generate and send out accurate and timely customer invoices.
  • Follow up on overdue payments and ensure timely collection.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Process incoming payments and allocate them to the appropriate accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues.
  • Prepare and analyse ageing reports to track outstanding balances.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records in the accounting system.
  • Assist in monthend and yearend closing processes.

The Successful Applicant:


  • Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
