Impact Recruitment are acting on behalf of our client based in
NN1, Northampton to find a keen and willing to learn, Production Operator to join their lovely team on a
temp-to-perm basis.

Monday to Friday

0730am - 1600pm

Early finish Friday.

£10.75 an hour
Whilst this role is in a production environment, experience is preferred but not essential.

We are looking for someone with more of an emphasis on learning new skills and looking to be part of a growing, successful team.

Full training will be provided to this hands-on role, with the hope of becoming highly skilled in the future.

Duties include:

Die cutting (training provided)
Using a variety of hand tools, machinery and equipment
Pushing out card with hands
General tidying of the warehouse
Consistent compliance of the H&S rules (sharp objects and machinery in use)
A keen eye for detail
A passion for design and production
Handson and helpful attitude
Fantastic communication skills
Reliably punctual
