Impact Recruitment, we are hiring
Production Operatives &
Machine Operators for one of our clients based in
Northampton.

They are ideally looking for individuals with either
Machine Operating or
Production experience that they can train on their manufacturing machines.


Full training will be provided.

Due to the nature of the work there is no smoking during working hours.

Salary:
£ £14.00


Hours: 35-hour week with overtime available 6am - 1pm & 1pm - 8pm (Weekly Rotating) Monday to Friday.

Northampton


Responsibilities:


  • Operating machines.
  • Feeding material into machinery.
  • Ensuring that production targets are achieved.
  • Assisting with the machinery as well as supporting other departments.
  • Carrying out quality checks.
  • General production work.

Requirements:


  • Some form of previous production or machine operating experience.
  • Flexible and willing to learn new duties where required.
  • Ability to work on own initiative to achieve production targets.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotational shift pattern.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£12.60-£14.30 per hour
