leading awarding organisation who has over 40 years' experience of developing regulated, high-quality qualifications are looking to recruit an
EQA (External Quality Assurance) Coordinator.

You will be supporting the organisation by coordinating and supporting external quality assurance activities.

This is
permanent, full-time (36.5 hours per week) contract which offers
hybrid working arrangements, working 3 days a week in office and 2 days at home.

The office is based in two locations,
East Midlands or West Midlands. The salary is
£23,500-£29,500 per annum, dependant on experience.

About the role:

As the EQA Coordinator you will be facilitating all EQA meetings including room bookings, calendar coordination, creating agendas, gathering appropriate information, providing support and minute taking.

You will coordinate the EQA monitoring process to includebooking and sampling materials and assist in carrying out internal audit checks in preparation for monitoring activities.

You will also record all external interactions using the company's MIA system and support the preparation and delivery of training and standardisation for all EQA's.

**We are looking for someone with**:

A level 4 qualification or above is desirable, or the ability to demonstrate equivalent occupational experience
A minimum of level 2 in English and Numeracy is required for this role
Knowledge and understanding of an awarding organisation and the regulatory requirements associated with Access to Higher Education and RQF provision
Knowledge and experience of working with the Microsoft Office suite
A willingness to travel is essential with occasional overnight stays
Full UK Driving Licence
Experience of coordinating EQA activities and working with a remote team within an awarding organisation in a previous role would be desirable, but not essential.
