Job AdvertCleaning Operative
You will promote a positive image of Great Places through the establishment of good working relationships with customers who reside at The Vibe which is a residential building in Salford.
What you'll be doing
- Working 25 hours per week at The Vibe Monday to Friday delivering a high standard of cleaning to communal areas, having an eye for detail and taking pride in your work.
- Carrying out hoovering, sweeping, mopping, cleaning of communal doors including fixtures and fittings, glazed areas, lighting, high & low level dusting of entrance foyer, communal stairwells, lifts and corridors ensuring all areas are clean and litter free.
- Reporting minor repairs and issues identified to onsite Building Manager, in addition to reporting larger repairs to Customer Hub promptly.
What you'll need
- A full clean drivers licence
- Competent in IT and using PDA
- Ability to work as part of a team or on your own
- Ability to manage your own time and work to deadlines.
- To have worked in a similar Cleaning Operative role.
- Take pride in delivering high standards of cleaning
- Demonstrate a positive can do attitude
- A flexible approach to the working day
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment, with a proven ability of delivering a high standard of customer service.
- H&S knowledge and a good understanding of health and safety issues.
- Good written and verbal communication.

For the purposes of our van fleet insurance you must have a minimum of 2 years driving experience with a full UK driving licence, be over the age of 21 and complete an online driver monitoring Assessment prior to starting your role.
If you are under 21 but with 2 years driving experience with a full UK driving licence you would be required to complete an online driver monitoring assessment and additional in vehicle assessment prior to starting your role funded by Great Places.
