_Garolla has quickly become the largest Roller Shutter Garage Door manufacturer in the United Kingdom. Due to substantial growth, Garolla is currently recruiting for a National Service Engineer._

Our head office is in Leeds and we require an experienced service engineer, to rectify products and Installation related faults for Garolla. Ensuring all guaranteed products are completed and meet our warranty, guarantee and quality standards._
You will be required to attend calls as directed. To identify the actual fault, as well as take such action as required to rectify the problem._
You will be required to provide a high level of customer service whilst ensuring an efficient resolution to any faults. As you could see from our Trust pilot reviews, you would need to provide a _professional experience to our customers_._
Validate any claims made, ensuring they are all consistent with the damage, ensuring that appropriate photographs are taken of the damage._

Therefore, full understanding and experience of working with (including installation) Electric Roller Shutter Doors.

The ability to selfmotivate and to work on own initiative in a field based role is essential._
Travel will be required throughout the UK; therefore, a full, clean driving licence is essential._

In Return

Garolla will supply you with a van for work purposes as well as equipment and tools as well as ongoing training to ensure you excel in the role.
