To carry out administrative tasks with the wider admin team.
Responsibilities
- Organising and developing support services and resources to meet business needs
- Using various resources to develop programmes of work and forward plans
- Monitoring the budget
- Representing the department in management groups to establish operating frameworks of processes and standards to increase added value of the administration function overall
- Providing information and advice to managers throughout the organisation
- Reviewing and responding to complex enquiries and escalating to senior staff where appropriate
- Liaising with other departments to review the implementation of corporate policies and procedures and implementing agreed local improvements within the team
Essential Qualifications/Skills
- Previous administrative experience
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly to meet the requirements of the team
