Job Role - Field Sales Representative
To act as a representative of the business which has been established from 1967. To manage existing accounts and develop new trading relationships.

Achieve growth targets with the products produced by the business to independent retailers, garden centres,hamper companies and relevant organisations in the designated territory.


Key areas of Responsibility:


  • Constantly drive additional profitable sales within existing accounts
  • Merchandise display points effectively to improve product exposure
  • Set up tasting sessions to demonstrate our products quality
  • Identify and convert new trading outlets
  • Communicate effectively with manager and head office staff
  • Report all sales activity and travel plans when required
  • Be the independent food sales expert within your territory
  • Ensure customers are kept up to date on price changes and product updates
  • Attend and present all relevant meetings
  • Distribute sales materials and literature to support selling process

Position in the company:


This is a key position within the business and as a Field Sales Representative, you will have full support from the UK Sales Manager and back-office staff.

You are expected to make good use of this support and build a good working relationships internallyand externally.


What we need from you?

Package:
Circa £30,000, Bonus £6K/£7K OTE, company car etc
