My client is a long-established global organization in consumer products.

A well-known and much-loved brand globally, this is an exciting opportunity to join the UK team in a permanent
Order Process & Sales Support Manager position.


Salary £40,000 pa + bonus opportunity & benefits package.

Key tasks:


  • Manage order processing and sales support tasks
  • Oversee small team of order processing assistants
  • Responsible for incoming customer sales orders from receipt, delivery, and invoice processing
  • Ensure order are accurate and correctly input using SAP & Zendesk
  • Raise and send customer invoices
  • Track and manage credits
  • Manage and process product returns
  • Manage price files to ensure invoice prices are correct
  • Assist sales with backorder process and reports
  • Create dashboard reports to monitor orders
  • Drive continued improvements to processes
  • Reporting in SAP S
  • Work to FSC compliance
  • Prior experience in customer order processing and sales support
  • Confident in managing the customer order processing function and small team
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience order processing and raising invoices using SAP S4 and/or Zendesk
  • Strong systems skills including MS Suite and SAP
  • Solution oriented and drives continue improvements to processes
  • Strong communicator working at all levels to board level
