Description
Due to a fast-growing presence in the London property scene, they are actively looking to recruit an ambitious and eager Graduate (not essential) to join their lively and fun team in London Bridge as a Property Management Assistant on a hybrid / WFH basis.
This is a great opportunity to join our client's growing team in a role that offers hands-on exposure and training in all aspects of residential property and service delivery.
This role would suit a highly organised and proactive individual with outstandingcommunication and administrative skills, who enjoys working collaboratively, and who is keen to gain experience in a hands-on, busy, and ambitious organisation.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
- Some relevant propertyrelated or administration experience.
- Efficient and unflappable demeanour.
- A passion for all things Property.
- First class written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent time management.
- Strong team ethic, with the proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team or independently with individuals at all levels.
- Ability to work on own initiative without close supervision and as part of a team.
Salary:
Up to £28,000 per annum + Commission and rapid plus career progression

- Friday 9 AM 5:30 PM (1 hour for Lunch, etc).
