Due to expansion, our client is now looking to recruit a customer advisor to join their team in Mansfield.

Based in central Mansfield, you will work in a customer facing role where you provide support to members of the public who walk into branch.


The hours of work for this role will be 35 hours per week, Monday to 4.45 and circa 2 Saturday mornings a month which are paid as overtime.


A typical day within this role will include:

  • Providing customers with a high level of service
  • Answering any phone calls that come into the branch
  • Working on different marketing campaigns
  • Basic administration
  • Ensuring the branch is offering a welcoming environment

£210,000.00 per year
