Who we are looking for

Within Alpha Professional Services in the UK we are looking for Alpha EMEA Strategic Change Lead is responsible for running the Strategic Change programs across EMEA clients.

This person will need to able to manage a team plus a book for Change across all AlphaClients in EMEA.

Managing the client facing interaction and senior escalations.
Controlling the goverance of the structure of the change, managing the costs and delivery of programs.

What you will be responsible for

As Client Change Management is a key service within Alpha and is increasingly sited by clients as essential to satisfaction, this role will be responsible for the full book of Strategic Change across EMEA Alpha Clients.

The Service is delivered across all clients and covers most IT and Business implementation activities after on-boarding.

Projects are serviced end-to-end and include a full range of internal and external drives:


  • Operating model revisions
  • Regulatory and market change requirement
  • Productrelated change
  • Data, system and service upgrades/migrations
  • Other clientdriven change eg. Rebranding
To ensure a clear and consistent service, projects typically follow a standard delivery model - although this varies depending on the specific of the project and the approach taken by the client:

  • Requirements, Impact assessment, Plan and Costs
  • Development & Testing
  • Operational and IT Readiness
  • Implementation

Education & Preferred Qualifications:
