Based:
Unit 1, Rolleston Trading Estate, Hawkins Lane, Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire, DE14 1PT, with site visits when required.

An outline of your responsibilities -
KPI & Performance Co-Ordinator

  • Input into varying weekly/monthly contract reports including but not limited to, performance targets, contract KPI monitoring.
  • Produce and mitigate monthly KPI's for current contracts.
  • Engage with Planned Works Manager to ensure process is adhered to with regards to letters, system updates and certificate uploads for all associated Planned Works/One Offs and Small Projects.
  • Ensure that all areas of the business understand agreed Customer Journey plans and satisfaction standards and that they are being adhered to
  • Support Customer Liaison Manager to ensure the customer teamwork activities and resources meet the Social Value pledge to key clients
  • Support Social Value and Customer Service requirements for each contract, develop action plan agreed with Operations team and help to manage, deliver and report against these commitments.
  • Where there are areas of improvement, develop a plan of action to address identified area and support with delivering on this plan.

About you


Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the role is responsible for producing MI and Reports which enable the operations team to make the most informed decisions and drive improvements to contract delivery.


  • Excellent IT Skills, particularly strong use of Excel and Outlook
  • Strong knowledge and ability to support others on internal Planned Works System (Oneserve) to ensure data is captured accurately and timely.
  • Ability to produce reports working towards regular and consistent deadlines.
  • Ensure appearances and actions are professional and reflect the company's image.
  • Present as a single point of contact for document control information to our external client.
  • Must possess strong communication/customer service skills.
  • Able to manage workloads in a fastpaced environment, working to tight deadlines with the upmost accuracy.
  • Develop relations and maintain internal and external key stakeholder links.
