Gloucester - Temporary

Monday - Friday
My amazing client based in Gloucester is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • First point of contact for internal and external customers
  • Respond to any customer requests for information or services
  • Monitoring generic mailboxes and picking up tasks
  • Create and accurately maintain all electronic records
  • Comply with GDPR and all other regulations and legislations
  • Updating spreadsheets using Excel
  • General admin duties

Experience and Skills Required:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great customer service skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office programmes including Excel
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and use own initiative
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
