We have an exciting opportunity for a
Lettings Property Consultant to join our clients
award winning Lettings team in Brentwood Essex.



Salary & Benefits

  • Basic pay is between £19,000£22,000 per annum, depending on relevant experience.

Hours of Work


Full Time, 5 days per week, including Saturdays (you will have a day off during the week when working a Saturday).


The branch openings hours are 8:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5:30pm Friday, and 8:30am to 5:00pm on Saturdays.


Duties will include:


  • Liaising with potential new tenants to understand their individual requirements and backgrounds, to make informed recommendations for property available.
  • Develop a good understanding of the property portfolio and reaching out to prospective tenants upon appointment of a new property.
  • Coordinating and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants, with a view to negotiating terms between the landlord and tenant.
  • You will handle the enquiry from viewing through to the tenant move in date and facilitating the administrative process.

Requirements:


  • Previous industry experience preferred but not essential, however, you will need to demonstrate previous experience in a clientfacing environment.
  • Enthusiastic and motivated in a target driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a positive and professional outlook
  • Complaint handling experience and empathetic approach
  • IT proficient, you will be familiar with MS Office packages and able to learn quickly

Full UK driving license and use of own car is essential
