Due to ongoing expansion there is a good chance permanent employment could be offered at the end of the fixed term period. Either in a similar role or doing something slightly different, working the same hours, regardless of whether the existing team member does or does not return to work.

The Package:

Basic £21,000pa - £22,000pa (dependent on experience) plus bonuses

Realistic OTE £22,000pa - £23,000pa:

Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6.00pm:

  • Part Office/Part Home Based

The role:

  • This will involve liaising with all relevant parties involved
  • Ensuring all related certificates and paperwork is in place
  • Ensuring tenants can move into the relevant property without issue on the preagreed day
  • Extremely well organised
  • Professional and personable
  • A proactive 'can do' attitude and approach.
  • This role would ideally suit someone already working within lettings administration, or property management who is looking to remain in the lettings industry but diversify into another field within it.
  • Alternatively, a negotiator who would prefer to work Monday to Friday.
  • We may also consider someone with no previous experience within lettings
  • Must be able to demonstrate a proven trackrecord working within another customer orientated environment.
  • Subject to the level of performance witnessed within the role meeting the required standard
  • Due to our ongoing expansion there is a good chance permanent employment could be offered at the end of the fixed term period
