Description

The Role:

To provide support to a young lady who has multiple health conditions, which include Asperger's syndrome, ME, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome/and complex illnesses, Epilepsy and mobility issues.

She is looking for a self-employed carer to support her with social activities.

Main Duties

To accompany and assist to access the community.
To attend coffee shops, and small restaurants
To support with grocery shopping and general clothes shopping
To cook and prepare meals.
To go for a small walk along the coast
To support to find social groups that she can attend.
To encourage and empower independence.

Personal Qualities and Attributes required:

Good communication skills and social skills
Punctual, and flexible

Car owner with driving license and business insurance essential

Hours: 4 hours per week to be worked Tuesdays and Thursdays 14:00 - 16:00
