Responsibilities:
As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function and contributing to the overall success of our team
Your responsibilities will include:
1.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Support the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
2.
Disciplinaries and Grievances:
- Assisting with disciplinary and grievance processes, providing guidance and ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
3.
Advising and Supporting Line Managers:
- Offer HR advice and support to line managers on various peoplerelated matters.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
4.
Employee Guidance:
- Provide advice and guidance to employees on a wide range of HR issues, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Address and resolve employee queries and concerns promptly.
5.
Ongoing Projects:
- Contribute to and lead HR projects as assigned, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Collaborate with team members to drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR role.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- HR certification (desired but not mandatory).
