A dynamic and growing commercial business are currently seeking an HR Advisor to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:

As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function and contributing to the overall success of our team


Your responsibilities will include:

1.


Recruitment and Onboarding:


  • Support the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

2.


Disciplinaries and Grievances:


  • Assisting with disciplinary and grievance processes, providing guidance and ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.

3.

Advising and Supporting Line Managers:


  • Offer HR advice and support to line managers on various peoplerelated matters.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

4.

Employee Guidance:


  • Provide advice and guidance to employees on a wide range of HR issues, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Address and resolve employee queries and concerns promptly.

5.

Ongoing Projects:


  • Contribute to and lead HR projects as assigned, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Collaborate with team members to drive continuous improvement in HR processes.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR role.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • HR certification (desired but not mandatory).

Salary:
£40,000 pro rata
