- Job Purpose:
- The role of the Payroll Customer Experience Officer is crucial in revolutionising the customer support journey for our payroll customers. This position is instrumental in ensuring that we provide an unmatched support experience to every individual engaging with our service.
- Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- 1. General Ensure the company and clients Data Protection requirements are met at all times.
- Perform all tasks in line with the process guidelines and within the framework of service level agreement.
- Develop positive working relationships with the aim of continuously improving service delivery.
- Demonstrate ability to work within a team at all times.
- Adhoc duties to support your Team, your peers, and your Line Manager
- Develop a culture of continuous improvement and bring any improvement suggestions to the attention of your Line Manager
- Service Delivery- Learn the basics of all relevant software, enabling you to resolve customer / business / system related queries.
- Provide a friendly and helpful service to customers and the wider business colleagues.
- Triage incoming customer queries.
- Providing support to customers and colleagues in using the software.
- Maintain an understanding of open support queries and escalate issues to peers as and when required.
- Administration4. Communication- Build and maintain relationships within the team and with other departments, championing inspirational working environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Quality & Training- Ensure all annual SEG mandatory training is current and up to date.
- Keep up to date with Payroll and Pensions Legislation through Continuous Professional Development
- Keep up to date with any software changes.
- Ensure all processes and procedures are current and up to date.
Role Holder Requirements
- What we are looking for:
- Excellent Customer service skills.
- Proficient problemsolving skills
- Ability to learn and digest information quickly
- Strong multitasking and effective time management abilities
- Selfmotivated and proactive attitude to support the customer and team where necessary
- Collaborative team player
- A base level of transaction knowledge of the iTrent system
- Experience working as part of, or supporting a payroll function
