Head of Finance, £75,000-80,000 FTE (3 days per week), East London and Hybrid

Your Role

  • Design and deliver a five year business plan; inspire the team to identify new opportunities for income growth; and ensure we have strong financial controls in place for all activities.
  • The Head of Finance will be supported by an experienced Finance Manager who works closely with budget holders; along with an engaged Executive team and board.
  • Leading on the budgeting, business analysis and planning process for the organisation
  • Running the finance for a £6mil capital project that is due to go live in the next two years
  • Leading year end, audit and financial controls
  • Monthly management accounting and analysis

Your Skills & Qualifications:


  • Fully Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant
  • Experience in a Charity/Arts organisation
  • Team management experience would be beneficial
  • Passion for theatre/music
  • Adaptable team player
