Birmingham has a portfolio of circa 60,000 social housing units and this is your opportunity to play a part in looking after the maintenance, investment and safety of these properties.


As a key part of a small but busy team working with our housing repairs contractor, you will provide clerical support to technical officers in a range of admin/clerical duties.

You must be confident and competent in the use of IT, inputting on to, interrogating and reporting from our systems; other duties may include assisting with audit tasks, progress tracking and chasing, following processes and dealing with tenants, contractors and others in various roles and circumstances so your excellent communication and customer care skills are really important to us and our tenants.
