I am working in partnership with a prestigious client, based near
Earl Shilton, who are looking to recruit an experienced
Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.


Joining a successful and ever-growing company, the successful applicant will provide administrative support across the business, assisting Accounts, Director and Office in the day to day running of the company.

We are looking for an individual ideally with Sage 50 and Microsoft Excel experience alongside Office Administrative experience.

About the role:


  • Provide general support to the Directors, accounts and project managers
  • Perform administrative support across the office
  • Maintain and update office records
  • Assist with data entry and document management
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation
  • Prepare reports and other documents
  • Filing, photocopying, archiving
  • Assist payroll by inputting time sheets onto Sage and Excel

Hours & Pay:


  • Salary around up to £30,000 dependent on experience
  • Monday to Friday

About you:

Previous experience in an Office Admin/Accounts Admin essential:

  • Sage 50 experience desirable
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel inc formulas
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Discreet manner due to the nature of the role
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £30,000.00 per year
