Technical Support Advisor


Due to expansion, I am working in partnership with a prestigious client who are looking to recruit for an experienced
Technical Support Advisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.


This is a unique opportunity to join a company who values its employees, offers excellent progression opportunities alongside competitive rates of pay.


Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, however full training is provided.

About the role:


  • Salary up to £24,000 per annum salary is dependent on experience

About the role:


  • Progress technical queries from the Operation
  • Diagnose, fix, and escalate service incidents
  • Capture and record accurate data within systems
  • Resolve customer support issues
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware issues
  • Follow processes and procedures to a successful conclusion
  • Provide excellent customer service

About you:

Transport is essential due to clients location:

  • Previous experience of working in a customer service / call centre / help desk / line support setting
  • Experience working in a fastpaced environment
  • Problem Solving Abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A willingness to learn and succeed.
  • A desire to improve and develop.
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office products, especially Word & Excel

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £24,000.00 per year
