Technical Support Advisor
Due to expansion, I am working in partnership with a prestigious client who are looking to recruit for an experienced
Technical Support Advisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, however full training is provided.
Transport is essential due to clients location
About the role:
- Salary up to £24,000 per annum salary is dependent on experience
Monday to Friday

About the role:
- Progress technical queries from the Operation
- Diagnose, fix, and escalate service incidents
- Capture and record accurate data within systems
- Resolve customer support issues
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware issues
- Follow processes and procedures to a successful conclusion
- Provide excellent customer service
About you:
-
Transport is essential due to clients location:
- Previous experience of working in a customer service / call centre / help desk / line support setting
- Experience working in a fastpaced environment
- Problem Solving Abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- A willingness to learn and succeed.
- A desire to improve and develop.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office products, especially Word & Excel
Job Types:

Up to £24,000.00 per year
