We're looking for an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager or an Executive looking for their next career opportunity to join an established design-based marketing company in the Southampton area.

They have reached a point where they're ready to grow,and want to take on a marketing professional who can hit the ground running in delivering marketing and communications strategies in line with their fresh re-branding.

They need a positive, outgoing individual who has a proven track record of building a teamand promoting an established brand.

What you'll be doing:

Take ownership over their brand through delivering strategic marketing campaigns both internally and externally and ensuring the communications strategy is aligned.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure workload is prioritised and delivered within budget and timescales.
Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients and identify opportunity for growth.
Be responsible for their online presence across a range of channels, including websites, business listings and social media channels, with the aim of increased engagement and audience growth.
Manage databases and ensure all records and analysis are reported accurately to board level to demonstrate ROI.
Be the main liaison for all external agencies delivering marketing and design projects.
Having a detailed understanding of the client buying journey to identify trends and opportunity for growth whilst assisting the sales process to drive lead generation.
Managing the marketing and communications budget.

What experience you'll need to apply:

Experience as a Marketing & Communications Manager or Executive.
A passion for marketing and the ability to build a team to deliver a brand refresh.
A track record in delivering successful marketing and communications strategies.
Has a creative mind and able to create marketing strategies to increase ROI.
Is confident working in a fastpaced environment and can collaborate well with internal teams and stakeholders.
