  • Access to our Employee Assistance Programme, which helps promote and support a healthy lifestyleWhat you will do:The Global Mobility Specialist will be a dedicated support to the Global Mobility Manager ensuring that we deliver a seamless end to end operational service to all global assignees, transferees and stakeholders in relation to cross border moves.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports the Global Mobility Manager to provide Global Mobility operational guidance to the People Team, Operations Teams and business colleagues around compliance in relation to Global Mobility policy, process, immigration, relocation and tax.
  • Liaises with internal and external stakeholders for crossborder population, monitoring service issues and supporting with compliance reporting where necessary.
  • Monitors and manages shared drive/mailbox/workday system, external vendor systems for Global Mobility for their area.
  • Engages and liaises with external service providers for successful completion of services.
  • Assists colleagues at various stages of their transfer and acts as a point of contact for them.
  • Ensures that all assignment related data and documentation is produced and recorded in the relevant assignee folders.
  • Proactively manages the global invoicing process for tax, immigration, shadow payroll and relocation providers, ensuring that invoices are processed in a timely manner.
  • Supports the Global Mobility Team in providing insights and management reporting to People and Business Leaders to ensure visibility of movements and spend.
  • Participates in compliance activities and improvement projects to drive Global Mobility agenda and increase engagement from wider business.
  • Engages with key stakeholder teams as an extension of/support to their objectives; building relationships, collaborating, supporting and staying fully attuned to the business and People team directions and initiatives across the organisation.
  • Works with other members of the Global Mobility Team to support them in successful delivery of global mobility activities to ensure they are carried out within the required timelines.
  • Ensures that the mobility data is updated with relevant and up to date information to enable accurate reporting and billing.
  • In collaboration with the Tax and Payroll Services Provider, advises and ensures proper administration of expatriate payroll, compensation, and benefits.
  • Stays up to date on changing regulations, trends and industry practices, consulting with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed.
What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with minimum of 3+ years of mobility, human resources, relocation, immigration or tax experience
  • Excellent communication and strong customer care skills with a focus on empathy and sensitivity to intercultural issues
  • Experience of working across global teams in multiple timezones
  • Interest in keeping up to date on news matters internationally that impact Global Mobility
  • Proactive planning, execution, and multitasking skills with demonstrated ability to prioritise to meet business needs
  • Demonstrable indepth experience in International Assignment lifecycle and processes
  • Degree level qualification or equivalent, in an appropriate discipline
  • Resilient and can maintain enthusiasm and commitment to deliver results in face of difficulties
  • Ability to adapt style to different audiences and cultural differences, and influence where appropriate
  • Demonstrable strong consultancy and problemsolving skills to deal with often multiple, and conflicting requirements
  • Strong customer focus with a drive to deliver excellent employee experience at all times
  • Experience of working successfully on simultaneous projects
  • Effective organisation, planning and coordination skills
  • Effective skills in written communications
  • The incumbent must be a team player, discrete, trustworthy, and dependable.
