Salary:
£32-£38k depending on experience


Hours: 9:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday (we're happy to talk about flexible working/ability to work from home Monday and Friday, if you choose to do so).

The Role:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Use tools such as Pardot and Salesforce for campaign management, ensuring a seamless experience for all subscribers.
  • Analyse campaign outcomes, utilising data to inform future strategies and optimise engagement.
  • Develop and maintain segmentation strategies to tailor content to different audience segments effectively.

About You

  • Experience using Pardot is a big plus, but not required
  • Creative thinker with a passion for the creative industries and a commitment to promoting creative excellence.
  • Highly organised, detailoriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
