    Job Title: Senior Social Media Executive

    Company: D&AD

    Location: Hybrid office in London / remote (3 days in-office)

    Hours: 9:30 - 5:30

    Reporting to: Social Media Manager

    The Role:
    D&AD's Marketing department seeks a team member to assist with social media. This role provides a unique opportunity to work with top agencies, brands, and talent in the creative industry. Ideal for candidates with backgrounds in journalism, new media, or advertising, aspiring to grow in the creative sector.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure consistent, creative content on D&AD's social media channels
    • Create engaging copy tailored to various social platforms with impeccable grammar
    • Manage queries, engage with followers, and support marketing campaigns
    • Maintain brand guidelines, edit/format images and videos for social posts
    • Stay updated on social media trends, pitch creative ideas, analyze performance
    • Collaborate with social media specialists, report on key performance indicators
    • Work with designers to produce content aligning with D&AD's objectives

    • Passionate about the creative industry and emerging talent
    • Strong interpersonal, networking, and problem-solving skills
    • Experienced with social media tools, interested in new trends
    • Commercially focused, self-motivated, and deadline-driven
    • Demonstrate attention to detail, proactive attitude, and drive
