Description

The Pain Management Service (PMS) is a small and friendly team of doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, clinical/clerical support workers, clerical officers and secretarial staff supported by our matron and management team.

We provide out-patient clinics for patients with chronic pain at Pontefract and Dewsbury. In addition we provide injection treatments in our day care facility at Pontefract.

It is anticipated that the majority of the role will be carried out at Dewsbury Hospital, though as this is a Trustwide post there will be a requirement to work occasionally at Pontefract Hospital too.

Having own transport is not a necessity, as the Trust provides an inter-site shuttle bus that runs regularly.
