The Growth Company's (GC) Employment team have an exciting new opportunity for a RestartEmployment Advisor to delivery of a range of guidance and training services for unemployed people, contribute to individuals' progression into employment, training, and education.

We help to make a lasting difference to the lives of people throughout the North of England and beyond, by supporting individuals to gain meaningful employment.

from people who have found themselves recently out of work, to those with complex barriers such as physical disabilities, mental ill-health, and debt.

We work with employers on their recruitment and skills needs to help place people into high quality sustainable jobs.

Work as part of a team to co-ordinate and deliver advice, guidance and training interventions that meet the needs of unemployed individuals; JCP, local referral partners, colleges, employers, training providers and recruitment agencies) to support peoples' achievement of skills (including certification) and progression to employment, training, and education.

Develop regular interaction with the customers both face to face, telephone, email and text.
Good rapport building skills.
Flexible and adaptable.
Experience Working to targets and Ability to work to Key performance indicators and challenging targets.
Excellent knowledge of the local labour market, methods of recruitment and awareness of growth industries.
Good knowledge of welfare to work and the customer base, training, education, and employment opportunities.
The ability to work under pressure in a high-performance environment.
Well-developed IT skills, including MI systems, spreadsheets and diary management, email, data security.
Flexible approach to work including willingness to travel, with occasional unsociable hours.
