Receptionist

Salary £21,000


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Working front of house to meet and greet visitors on entrance to the building
  • Taking incoming calls, being the first point of contact for clients
  • Providing a positive and professional approach to all visitors and Partners
  • Looking after staff movements throughout the day, managing associated logistics
  • Looking after meeting room bookings and organising meetings
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are presented according to client journey standards
  • Updating client records on practice management system
  • Supporting with Marketing events guest list management, event registration, supplying marketing materials etc
  • Providing support to the administration team

Skills and experience required:


  • Experience gained within a similar reception or administration role
  • A flexible team player who is proactive and positive in approach
  • Highly organised and able to handle a range of different tasks
  • Excellent communication skills able to build relationships at all levels
