Description
HR Coordinator required for an industry-leading Engineering and Manufacturing SME, where you will take ownership of your work and contribute significantly to the process development in a sustainable and growing company.
Fantastic company benefits, includingflexi time, very generous pension and 25 days a year holiday. Up to £38,000.Main Duties:
- Take ownership of current and future HR processes in line with GDPR and Employment Law
- Partner with the broader HR team with duties such as Recruitment, Induction and Onboarding of New Starters and others where necessary
- Resolve Cascade queries and assist with system improvements (including screens, workflows and other automated processes)
- Assist with HR Audits and produce HR Statistics and Reports using Cascade
- Monitor and report on attendance
- Support Payroll by providing reports as required
- Maintain employee records in line with GDPR and Employment Law
- Administer all stages of the Training Cycle and make sure training records are up to date
- Liaise with the Facilities team to keep H&S training records up to date
- Manage adhoc projects that are relevant to the operation of the department
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures, including reporting accidents or near misses, to help ensure the workplace always remains safe.
Experience:
- Degree qualified in HR or industry experience in an HRrelated role or CIPD Level 5 qualification
- Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft programmes
- Quick to learn new IT systems
- Process orientated
- Flexibility to deal with and aid different groups of people up to the stakeholder level
