Description

HR Coordinator required for an industry-leading Engineering and Manufacturing SME, where you will take ownership of your work and contribute significantly to the process development in a sustainable and growing company.

Main Duties:


  • Take ownership of current and future HR processes in line with GDPR and Employment Law
  • Partner with the broader HR team with duties such as Recruitment, Induction and Onboarding of New Starters and others where necessary
  • Resolve Cascade queries and assist with system improvements (including screens, workflows and other automated processes)
  • Assist with HR Audits and produce HR Statistics and Reports using Cascade
  • Monitor and report on attendance
  • Support Payroll by providing reports as required
  • Maintain employee records in line with GDPR and Employment Law
  • Administer all stages of the Training Cycle and make sure training records are up to date
  • Liaise with the Facilities team to keep H&S training records up to date
  • Manage adhoc projects that are relevant to the operation of the department
  • Adhere to all health and safety procedures, including reporting accidents or near misses, to help ensure the workplace always remains safe.

Experience:


  • Degree qualified in HR or industry experience in an HRrelated role or CIPD Level 5 qualification
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft programmes
  • Quick to learn new IT systems
  • Process orientated
  • Flexibility to deal with and aid different groups of people up to the stakeholder level
