- Support the Sales teams by handling operational tasks related to sales transactions and customer support.
- Assist in preparing quotes and proposals using Salesforce CPQ in collaboration with the Sales teams.
- Process and book orders efficiently.
- Review order documents, handle order bookings, coordinate invoice generation, and manage license information.
- Communicate and resolve issues with various groups to ensure proper order fulfillment for non-standard transactions.
- Create standard legal documents and ensure compliance with legal and business requirements.
- Manage customer requests, including license updates, name changes, and customer documents.
- Provide product reports to support pre-sale work and corrections for the sales team.
- Maintain data integrity by implementing quality control practices in Sales Force and ORACLE databases.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to contribute to team success.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, especially during peak business cycles.
- Proficient in time management and organization.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Experience with Excel, Word, MS Office, Salesforce/CPQ, and Oracle.

If you're interested in supporting a Sales Team and contributing to the operational tasks of the sales order process, then the Sales Support Analyst position might be a great fit for you. This role allows our sales professionals to focus on acquiring new business opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships while you handle the necessary operational tasks. Additionally, this role offers remote work flexibility with occasional travel to meetings if required. You will collaborate with EMEA-based account managers, supporting various market sectors such as industrial, consumer, networking, and A&D.
Key Points of Interaction & Collaboration
As a member of the Sales Support Analyst team, you'll work closely with other sales colleagues across the EMEA region, including departments like Finance, Export, and Legal. Your collaboration with team members, even those based in the US, will ensure a smooth sales process, focusing on customer and sales team satisfaction by providing timely responses and issue resolutions.
